The No. 1 contract was 14/15AD at 920 Fifth Avenue, asking $23,500,000, reduced from $26,900,000 when it was listed in October 2021. This top-floor duplex co-op has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The living room with a fireplace, a 20’ x 25’ bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a fireplace have Central Park views. A formal dining room also has a fireplace. The apartment needs to be renovated, and monthly maintenance is $17,436. Amenities include a doorman and a fitness center.

The No. 2 contract was a townhouse at 112 Waverly Place, asking $13,500,000, reduced from $15,500,000 when it was listed in May. The 4-story, 22-foot-wide house has 6,321 square feet and has been divided into four units. It has a roof terrace but no elevator.
