This triplex condo has 6,701 square feet including 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 6 terraces, and 2 balconies. The lower level features a 36-foot living room that faces Central Park and opens onto a terrace. Upstairs is a master bedroom that also faces Central Park. The No. 2 contract was a townhouse at 244-246 Waverly Place, asking $15,750,000; it was listed at the end of August. This townhouse is actually two houses that were combined in 1961 to create a 4-story, 35-feet-wide house with 13 rental units. Annual real estate taxes are $125,289.
